Acceptance of Terms
“OJA Streaming,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean OJA Streaming LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. By accessing or using OJA Streaming, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
OJA Streaming provides high-fidelity background music radios and soundscapes for commercial use only, including retail stores, restaurants, hotels, and offices. The OJA catalog is directly controlled and licensed by OJA Streaming and is delivered exclusively through OJA Player with a PRO-Free Direct Public Performance License.
General Policy — All Sales Final
Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to our original music, curated radios, and Direct Public Performance Licenses, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once you gain access to the music, we cannot issue refunds because the intellectual property has already been delivered and can be used instantly.
Free Trial Period
During this period, you have full access to test the service.
- No payment is made during the trial, therefore no refunds apply.
- At the end of the trial, your license expires automatically.
- If you decide not to continue, no charge will ever be made.
Paid Subscriptions
After the trial, you may purchase a monthly or annual package for 1, 3, 5, or 10 seats. Organizations requiring more than 10 seats may request a custom plan.
- Published monthly prices are $20, $48, $76, and $146 USD for 1, 3, 5, and 10 seats respectively.
- Published annual prices are $190, $456, $722, and $1,387 USD for 1, 3, 5, and 10 seats respectively.
- The first seat uses the standard rate and each additional seat in the published packages receives a 30% discount.
- All transactions are final upon successful payment.
- We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction after access has been granted.
- Because the free trial requires no payment information, you have the opportunity to test the full service before committing to a paid plan.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have full access and a valid commercial license until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No pro-rated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the period.
- Your subscription will not renew automatically after the current cycle ends.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law.
Any refund request must be sent to support@ojastreaming.com within 7 days of purchase, with a clear explanation.
We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet legal requirements.
Chargebacks
Any chargeback or dispute filed with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us will result in immediate termination of your account and license.
We will defend such cases vigorously, as we provide a free trial for evaluation before purchase.
